Rules for Authors
The manuscript of the article is submitted to the editorial office in electronic form by e-mail specified in the contact details of the journal. The text of the article must be typed in the LaTeX system; it is also required to submit a PDF or PS file of the article. When preparing a PDF or PS file, you should ensure a large font, double line spacing, and wide margins (4 cm) on the left, top, and bottom of the page.
The article should be accompanied by a short abstract (no more than 10 lines). It is undesirable to use references to the cited literature and formulas in the abstract.
The annotation should be followed by a separate paragraph with a list of keywords (3-10 terms).
Information about financial support for the work should be indicated on the first page in the form of a footnote from the title of the article (or from the surnames of the authors, if the article has authors who have different sources of financial support).
Numbered formulas must be allocated in a separate line. Enter the formula number in parentheses at the right edge of the page. It is advisable to number only those formulas that are referenced.
A dash, unlike a hyphen, is separated on both sides by spaces. Use a comma (not a decimal point) to write decimals.
Symbols denoting sets of natural, real, and other numbers should be typed in double-struck font (mathbb{N, R, Z, Q, C}). The mathematical expectation symbol is in bold (E). Variables denoted by bold letters should be typed in bold italics (a, x, etc.). Mathematical operators such as lim, sup, log, max, sin, tr, wt, etc. should be typed in straight font (not lim, sup, etc.). Vectors are typed without arrows, also in bold italics.
Statements (theorems, lemmas, propositions, corollaries, etc.) should be written in italics. You should use independent numbering for each type of statement.
Drawings are also presented in electronic form with a resolution that provides clarity in the transmission of all details. It is advisable to present your drawings as EPS files.
The list of references should be given in citation order (and not in alphabetical order!). in compliance with the design accepted in the journal.
- A journal article link should contain (in the specified order): the author's (or authors') last name and initials, full title of the article, journal title, year, volume, number, and number of the first and last pages.

The text of the article should be carefully edited.
It is necessary to provide your full surname, first name and patronymic (if any), place of work, e-mail of each of the co-authors and indicate the person with whom the editorial board should conduct negotiations and correspondence.
